Im SO happy right now.
hahaha...
OC went real well.

So yea, Im not really concerned about the band's performance [heh.]
Im just so detached from it, but well, it was still good to end my FINAL band performance.
my FINAL band practices. and esp. my FINAL time wearing that ugly piece of band uniform.

The concert went pretty well, I loved the fireworks.
I loved it. It was SO pretty.
But what was prettier was how my gaylooking conductor, dressed in pink, got scared.
hahaha...
Plus, he looked as if he was getting married.
Against all the flowers the school got.. yea..

However, no matter how well the night turned out for the concert performers, I fell kinda bad for all the UG's and the NE champs.
The UG'S as I 've posted the previous day, were continuing their parade while it was raining, but yesterday?
It got CANCELLED.
All because of a "few droplets of rain"
sheesh. If our darling GOH cant stand a little drizzle, then that's really dumb.
P.S I think someone decided to sabotage em. heh, I guess someone spat on Andy Wong's head...
ah well..

Secondly, the NE champs.
I know how much they have to memorise, and all the shit they have to endure.
Staying back till late [8.30pm] just to rehearse.
And it got cancelled.

Talking about putting in efforts, the school's efforts to make the place look oh-so-student-caring made me laugh. Seriously.
For the moment, I thought I entered Botanic Gardens, yea. .so many plants were placed everywhere..and you know what?
I think they even hired insects.. yea...
While I was entering the school, I actually saw butterflies fluttering around the plant.
OKAY.

But what really cracked my up was the music corner.
my.my.my.
The extent they go to impress.

They actually placed.
A MINI SCULPTUR OF BEETHOVAN.
Oh for crying out loud! It is just SO FAKE.
Yea, and they even had the "heart" to place a metronome.
[do you even know how expensive metronomes are??]
my guess is that they got a teacher to loan it or something.. ah well.

After extensive laughter, rushing, and performing, it was time for our musicO performance.

I was truly nervous, as you know, I edi lost my file and scores.
Futhermore, about 4hrs before, Hila requested for a key change in our piece.
HOWEVER.
When I went up there, I must say, I really enjoyed myself.
Hila sang great, I played. haha...pretty well.
For an actual guage of our performance,
we were the ONLY performance to actually get applause from the stingy, non-appreciative audience. ah well. WHATEVER.

So we had problems n chaos the night before.
But. We played well last night.
She sounded better, and again, I was enjoying myself, and was not looking at the score.

SO yea, after everything was done, I guess we all did well, cause Mdm Ng was moved to tears.
so yea, it was a real nice night.

Oh well. The day has taken its toll on me though. Now, Im utterly sleepy and yea, I've just fininshed my tuition.
